Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home, condo, apartment, etc. We will cleaning & vacuum your floors, clean your bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We also offer additional services such as cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send one of our team members to make it right within 24 hours. If the cleaning is still not to your satisfaction, we'll provide you with a 50% refund.
All of our team members are experienced and are required to pass a nationwide background check.
Customers can make a cancellation or change up to 24 hours in advance of the schedule appointment. Cancellations made after this time will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
With our flat-rate pricing model, we have a maximum amount of hours that can be worked for each type of job. We charge a rate of $35 / hr, for any job that exceeds 4 hours. We do this to account for jobs that require more intensive work or time due to size. It's rare to exceed the 4 hour mark, however if we think there is this possibility our team will let you know ahead of time.
We always do our best to show up on time, however occasionally unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. We kindly ask that customers please allow us a 1-2 hour window to account for traffic, parking, and other surprises along the way.
For move in and move out services, please kindly remove all furniture and personal belongings from the spaces that require cleaning. If you require cleaning around large appliances, please help us move them ahead of time. Due to liability reasons, our cleaners are not able to move these types of items.
If you are requesting deep cleaning, please help pick up clothing, personal items and clear up cluttered areas prior to our arrival.
Lastly, for any cleaning involving stain and mold removal, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains and mold on grout and tile inside the bathroom and kitchen.
